Mimecast provides functionality to apply email branding and disclaimers to outbound and inbound email messages. This functionality is referred to as Stationery and is available in both HTML and Plain Text formats. Stationery is applied to emails using a Stationery Assignment Policy.

We have a slightly different scenario we can successfully attach the signature between the received mail and the new mail being sent only when sending to external domains.
